Jimmy Shilling - Founder

In 1980 Jimmy Shilling, a successful demolition and site prep. contractor, advised his sons that he thought an excellent opportunity awaited in the pipe and steel business.  

Through collective research and much anxiety, Shilling Pipe & Steel was born on May 5, 1981.  Our business was built on strong work ethics, persistence, and a genuine appreciation of our customers.  

Although we are primarily a wholesale business, retail trade was expanded to include a new sales yard in Ft. Worth. Our wholesale range now includes the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.

Our family has prospered under a diligent and humble attitude, implemented to ensure every customer has been properly served.
